Further Images from Epstein's Property Made Public by Democratic US Lawmakers

Development layouts for Epstein's secluded tropical island featured within the photographs.

Also contained in this recent photograph release seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

You can see the plan is a channel, a waterway in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a key detailing distinct sections of the property.

In addition to this are what look to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, featuring designs for boat shelters.

More materials disclosed as part of the current oversight disclosure.
